By using Ria you agree to these terms.
The service
Ria is an AI assistant you talk to on WhatsApp. She can make mistakes. Check important information — prices, availability, dates, amounts, legal or medical matters — before relying on it.
You stay in control
Ria acts in your connected accounts when you ask her to, and asks you to confirm before sending an email. You are responsible for what you ask Ria to do and confirm, and for logins and payments you complete yourself.
Acceptable use
Don't use Ria to break the law, harm others, send spam, or access accounts that aren't yours. We may suspend access that puts other people or the service at risk.
Third-party services
Google, WhatsApp and other services you use through Ria have their own terms, which still apply to you.
Availability and liability
Ria is provided as is. We work to keep it running and accurate but don't guarantee it will always be available or error-free. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses from using Ria.
Ending use
You can stop using Ria and ask us to delete your data at any time. We may end the service with notice.
Changes
If these terms change, we update the date above and tell you in Ria for any material change.
